Premier Snowskates

Snowskates? They're not skiboards like you might think... they're basically skateboards that you take in the snow. I have been talking to Premier lately and they're letting me demo their product. They sent me JP Walker's model, which is pimp. It's 38 inches long and 8 inches wide, a little longer than a skateboard but a lot shorter than a snowboard. Your feet also don't clip into it in any way, which allows you to do kickflips, shove its and all that. They're not really for going down steep slopes at resorts. More for messing around in your backyard (jibbing), which all of us like to do! heh.

I'm kinda mad cause we don't have any snow, but i've played around with it in my room, it ollies a lot better than i thought, and manual's are incredibly easy. They also sent me a video, I saw guys jumping off roofs, doing 360 kickflips, lots of grinds, shove its, jumping up stairs, etc. I'm waiting to see them used on a halfpipe... could be really cool! Premier Snowskates need to be promoted a lot more, and I'll keep people updated at broox.com, but for now check out premiersnowsk8.com.

They're kinda like Soap Shoes (who I used to work for) in the sense that they're small time for now. But I want to work on making them bigger and more widely known. As soon as we get snow, I'm going to bust that thing out and try to get some video for you to check out.
we finally got snow, about an inch, heh. so we took the snowskate out... FUN, except the places we ran into grass...

so, we finally got snow. today we got about 3 inches and we're supposed to get 4 to 6 more tonight. i had my snowskate out for about a half hour trying to grind a rail. it's harder than i thought because my rail is kinda tall and i'm having trouble getting the speed to get up it... but TONS of fun!
