Apparently once you file a claim for stolen packages with UPS, they will never deliver to the affected address again without a signature.
I am sorry for the frustration caused. To prevent it from happening in the future we do request that so packages are not stolen. ^TV
yea, that is totally reasonable, but also annoying, especially if we put other security measures in place.
