Ha. Yeaaaaa. It apparently takes 45-60 days to close, and if the new place isn't move-in ready in 2 months I will lose my mind. I also have a bit of a hard time believing it will actually sell fast, but we'll see!

Mine's been on the market in Newton since November, but then, that's Newton. Unbelievable what some people will tell the realtor as to why they aren't buying & then, as JR says, many just show a home - don't sell it so there you are. Good luck!
