I just want to know who's in charge of all this road construction over the last year. Whoever it is, must be an alcoholic... wake up the next morning after tearing up part of the road and drinking hard that night, forget exactly what you did yesterday, "Hey, lets tear up this road, too. Traffic? What do they need roads for?!"

doesnt seem like anything is underneath of it. i've been watching it all week outside my office.

cut a square, bust up the concrete, dig it up, pour new concrete in.
