In the past week I turned 36, joined a gym, and scheduled my first doctor's appointment in 18 years... not really sure how I feel about this
At your next 18 year appointment they stick a finger in your butt so don't get to discouraged.
Not having the need for a doctor in 18 years shouldn't be a bad sign. Joining a gym though questions that.
