Stupid Freakin Look Alikes

Ever since I started to hit puberty I've been referred to as 'looking like some sort of celebrity.' The first one I got was Devon Sawa, the kid from the Casper movie. I've never seen it, but apparently I used to look like him. It was super sweet for all the girls to call me Casper and bring me copies of the Teen Beat magazine when he was on the cover. Then in college I was told that I looked like Mark Hoppus from Blink 182. And for the past few years I've been told that I look like Bam Margera - like insanely. Kids have stopped in their tracks and wanted my autograph - this one got a bit weird. It resulted in me getting "not bam" shirt made and also made me cut my hair.

It's also weird that everyone I've been told that I look like, I've been a fan of... well except Devon Sawa - actually I've never even seen that Casper movie. But do I dress like people I'm fans of? Or do we look alike by coincidence? and because we're somewhat alike I'm fans of them?

Well tonight was a first - but it continues the fan trend. This chick came up to me at a local bar and said, "Have you ever seen Boondock Saints?" I answered "Yes" of course, because it's one of my favorite movies. She told me I looked like "the hot one" of the 2 brothers - Murphy MacManus (aka Norman Reedus). He's a couple days unshaven in the movie, which I also am. So it's probably just the hair and beard. But it's so weird how a certain hairstyle or clothing will change "which celebrity you look like." With a clean shaven face and gelled hair I look like Mark hoppus... with my hair 2 inches longer, a goatee, and sunglasses I look like Bam Margera... With semi-short, shaggy hair and a shaggy face I look like the dude from Boondock Saints??? weird.

Anyone else ever get told they look like a celeb?

People often mistake me for Brad Pitt. Either him, or Uncle Fester, one of the two, always!

Anyway, I picture Derek as a young Gary Busey myself.

OMG My bf looks just like Bam Magera. He has since 7th grade. He says he doesn't but even his brother says he does. They have the same hair, same eyes, same nose,same gottee. Everything. He just doesn't believe me.
