Get me out of Texas fast
So, to finish out sunday... Kari and I checked out this brewery called Humperdinks - great place. The only thing that sucked was that their 2 best beers were seasonals, heh. After dinner we swam at the hotel. I saved 2 baby bunnies that decided to jump in with us. Swimming bunnies are pretty hilarious.
Today, kari and I checked out this insane electronic store called Frys. They actually had high quality stuff and a cafe inside. I was impressed. Then we went to Galleria. It sucked. I mean, it ruled, but it sucked because I found out that I ran out of money. I mean like, RAN OUT. Checking balance: $0. I wanted to spend so much money at this mall; they had great stores. The only shopping we got done was picking out the $5k in jewelry that we need to buy before our wedding. Stupid Tiffanys. I need a second job. Someone pay me to do work.
Ok, so now I need to talk about Texas drivers. Omg. They are the worst. They creep along at exactly the speed limit. They ride in the passing lane despite the signs everywhere that say "left lane for passing only." They also slam on their brakes at every car alongside the interstate. I don't even know how many times I was in stopped traffic due to someone changing a tire. It's ridiculous. Yesterday when stopped on the interstate some idiot came flying up behind me, locked up his brakes, and hit us. He pushed me up within inches of the car in front of me. I wanted to punch him and every other driver on the road. Omg, Texans suck at driving. My sister will fit in nicely there with her rearending record, haha.
So now I am sitting in the Dallas airport with my flight delayed again. This is ridiculous. I better not miss my flight in chicago. Between a cancelled flight, getting way overcharged for a rental car, terrible traffic, getting in a wreck, running out of money, and delayed flights - this has been the most annoying trip I have ever experienced.
