I was just told about that yesterday. I heard its a new trendy big thing up there.

The one I tried was an attempt at Happy Joe's tacco pizza, and it was terrible. They were calling it quad-cities style, it was from a place in UK village.

Where is this wonderful establishment??

Ha. Was it called roots, jake? Their sausage and mushroom was pretty spot on QC style. Didn't try the taco. Kim, it's on Chicago near Damen.

Im not very versed in QC style pizza, but that definitely reminded me of Harris'

Roots is fantastic. Just like Harris, taco is Harris too and not Happy Joe. Great beer selection. The guy who developed it, is a QC native and it is pretty authentic.
