It's hard to have video meetings (or work) from my home office when I've lost internet connectivity 25 times today. @MediacomSupport, hailp!

The signals to and from your modem look good but I am seeing a few resets on this end. Are you doing anything on your end to (1)
restore the services? Also, do you notice the lights on the modem change when the connection drops? (2)
i've switched ethernet cables and power outlets. pinging t.co/x2Vl5xa2 periodically dies for 7 to 108 seconds

Has this been done with the PC hooked right to the mdm? Want to rule out all possibilities because I'll likely need to send a tech...
not directly to the modem but directly to the router. hard to troubleshoot as my connection has been stable for the past 2h

We would want to connect direct to modem (without router) to verify if it is causing issues or not.
there aren't interruptions in my local network when i lose internet.. it's hard to imagine the problem is anything internal
