I feel fortunate. Our home was built 70 years ago by an artisan carpenter who worked for an art studio. He built it for himself and his wife and they lived there until death. We're remodeling the place, and every contractor can't get over the craftsmanship and how solid the house is after all these years.

I'm not mad at my builder. I will slap the directly previous owner. They should have never been sold hand tools. #backgroundchecks
