so it's a 3 part wireless system.
that thing on her calf gives her nerves a little zap each time another little device in her shoe senses that she picks her foot up... and that makes her ankle flex to pick her toe when she steps through. In the mean time this should all train her brain to pick those toes up on its own again.
the 3rd piece is this pager looking remote where she can adjust the current's intensity and also turn the unit off when she's sitting down or whatever.
