Just called @MediacomSupport to see why my internet is broken and their voice system crashed and hung up on me. Uhhh? Guys? Everything OK?

I don't show any known issues & I see the modem online and actively processing data now. Are you unable to connect at all? *DH
it's been going back and forth between 21Mbps down, 0.1 down, or nothing at all. Currently barely working.
