You need a HON chair. The ignition series is amazing.

I've never owned an Aeron at home. I stand mostly, but would like to sit sometimes. It's currently a toss up between the Herman Miller Mirra and Sayl.

t.co/gt3xphrLaW - if you sit for extended periods (coding, writing, etc.) this chair is amazing.

I stand at least half of the time, so I've been debating the Mirra (better seat) and the Sayl (better back rest, imo).
