NOOOO!!! Nothing but water. I tried carbonating cold-pressed coffee and made a HUGE MESS. Turns out in a sodastream, anything other than water acts like a surfactant, enabling bubbles NOT to burst.
That means you have more bubbles than space in your bottle -- and you can guess where those bubbles are going. Straight out of the pressure release valve and into a universe that's rapidly expanding.
If you want to carbonate any liquid other than water, you need those old fashioned sealed seltzer makers.
However, if you want to slightly carbonate solids, like grapes and apples, you can use a sodastream.
