I think they stop in January but still leave up the barricades just to give drivers the big middle finger.

I think they do a crappy job on purpose so they just have to keep fix them over and over every year job security IlL government at its finest giving contracts to incompetent workers

It never ends. And be glad you didn't have to get on 80-94..that's been under construction since I was a kid.
