I just reported an issue in Google's Android Pay app and got a call from a real, live, human Google support rep 10 seconds later. 😮

what was it like?
it was strangely really amazing. The woman was super friendly, knowledgeable, took ownership, and is now my point of contact.
I am kind of having a hard time believing what just happened.
