The house we're buying is in Des Moines, just south west of Gray's Lake... but we'll be living in Ankeny for the next few months while we remodel the new place. Got a ton of work to do!

Did you get all your requirements fulfilled?

Pretty damn close!

We fulfilled: Ranch. Walk out basement. Back yard privacy. Open floor plan. Office space on main floor. Near bike trails. Within 5 miles of downtown.

I didn't get the 4 car garage I was hankerin for... but I got a 2.5 car garage, with another 1 car garage in the back yard, and a workshop in basement... which'll have to do ;)
