Yes they are...when u live in Iowa. But don't think ive used mine since, and would reallllly like to trade for a cooled steering wheel! If my seats can heat & cool, how come steering wheel only heat? Come on now! More importantly to cool that ring of fire in the desert heat than warm it when it a little cold! Ps: I'll be back in that frigidness with u guys again this Saturday and next week
