I was just debating doing a whole30 experiment, but then I read the whole30 rules and immediately changed my mind.
It's only for 30 days! And then you reintroduce those foods to see how they impact you. I've never felt better than when I was on a whole 30.
no sugar, no grains, no dairy, no legumes, no alcohol, and no baked goods. if it was like a "pick 3 or 4" i think i'd be totally down, but all 6???
