$50 for fios. Advertised 50 Mbps down/25 up. Just clocked 28 down/38 up?

have Comcast blast. 50/10. Was 20$/mo at start, went up to 74$, just got it down to 47$/no couple weeks ago

u-verse max, $46/mo, but bundled with way too expensive TV and phone. Planning on fixing that.
