Des Moines PD is parked in a dedicated bike lane while DM Parking enforcement is parked in a no parking zone a block away.. Great job, guys!
They have resorted to blocking the no parking areas instead of writing tickets.
Ha, nope. She was parked in a single space apartment loading zone while walking up 5th writing everyone tickets.
