Unexpected realization: I feel stronger after doing yoga than I do after lifting weights.

I swear my running stamina increased a ton more from yoga than doing a ton of running
Core strength I think is way more noticeable. And yoga is crazy hard. I I wish I had more time for it
I'm trying to get a mental picture of this.. I think you need to post a pic of you in your yoga pants and sports bra?
