If you call they will automatically offer you a half price subscription without even talking to anyone. I found that incredible.

I had the opposite experience of them charging me for an inactive radio for 6 months... When I called, they decided that losing my subscriptions altogether was better than crediting me for that time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
