Pocket Bike, Shed, Art, etc

This weekend was different. Mainly because I had nothing to do, and even more mainly because Kari was out of town. What do you do when you have no plans and no girlfriend? You hang out with your single buddies. But then most of my single friends were out of town - Weak.

So Thursday, I got quite a bit done on my shed, plus I got my new gas tank and foot pegs for my pocket bike, rule.

Friday, Zach came over and we started up the pocket bike for the first time. It rules so much. We took it to Nehru's to ride around a bit. Ru wore his motorcycle helmet, haha. It ruled. Then Kevi met up with us for food at Rock Bottom, then downtown to check out Surf Shack, and then we met Nick back in Ankeny to hang out at Stix and my house. Here we had awesome arguments about art. Zach got really mad at me and Kevi changed sides a few times. I love it. ...I think I'll write an article about art soon.

Saturday I met Zach and Amy for the art fest. It was nice, I saw a lot of art I wanted to buy, but I didnt because I don't know what art is and I don't like it. I also saw these crazy crazy sculptures of people that this dude made. I mean, they were pretty crazy, almost scary. Later I went out to PF Chang's with Zach, Kevi and their girlfriends. I was so the 5th wheel, it was lame. I needed single friends that night. At least we saw Batman Begins. Great great movie.

Yesterday I worked on my shed a lot more, and got soooo sunburnt. I almost got it done (again). I need it done so bad. Later Chuck and Nathan came over to ride the pocket bike, get pizza, and shoot some pool. And at 11:30 I picked up Kari from the airport. She is so gross, haha. Her feet are all fat and covered in blisters, she's sunburnt with blisters, and she has these sweet burn lines. It'll be nice when she's normal again. Whatever though, she walked 60 miles in 3 days, that is pretty insane. I need to get her a blog so she can write about stuff like this.
