Vic's Ears and Reynolds Anniversary Party

So last weekend, we hosted a 30th Anniversary party for Jeff and Teresa. It was quite ridiculous - lots of people, barely enough food, and lots of drinks.

Saturday morning, Jeff, Vic, and I went to 5 point studios to get Victor's ears pierced. He's been wanting to 0-00 gauge plugs, however he has never had his ears pierced. So we talked to Leo at 5 point to find out he could very easily pierce them to 2 gauge with a needle/taper, or use a scalpel to go up to 00. Vic opted for the needle. It was pretty insane. It took me years to get from normal piercings up to 2 gauge - Vic had it done in a matter of minutes. They pierced him with a 4 gauge hollow needle and then stretched it to 2 gauge with a taper. Chicago - Family Style

Ahhh, another weekend well spent in my home away from home. I love how comfortable I'm getting with Chicago. It's quite nice.

This time we visited the city for 2 milestone events - Vic's college graduation and Kari's 25th birthday. Thursday was Vic's ceremony, which ruled. They had 30 graduates so it was only like 40 minutes, haha. Plus Vic gave me a rose. We celebrated with much Giordano's.

Friday, Kari's B-day - ridiculous. We started the day out right with some mad omelettes at ihop. Then we met up with Kari's dad to shop around Michigan Avenue, etc. Kari got lots of clothes, we all got new Levi's, I got this insane mashup by Girl Talk, etc. We then hung out at a Viand for a second before meeting everyone at Sushi Wabi. …

Denver - Vic's Graduation

Man, I have been sick the last few days. Besides that , kari and I flew to Denver to go to her brother, Vic's, graduation, and to help him pack to move to Naperville. It was a pretty blah weekend. Friday we went to the graduation, shopped, went to PF Chang's with Vic's friends, and then saw A Series of Unfortunate Events. It was all fun, except I left my friggin debit card in an ATM. I was so mad. I need money!

Saturday we all packed and hung out. See, In Kari's family we eat, help people move, and take pictures. Basically we get fat from eating, get a workout from moving, and get to document it all with photos.

Today we flew home. Flying was not that fun this weekend. Normally I love it, but airports were a little …
