I did my first dry January, which is probably the longest dry stint that I've had in half my life. I also cut out gluten and wrote about both.

Monthly visits aren’t bad after the first round of weekly visits. You can do this in-home, but then insurance won’t cover it 🙄 I do feel like the therapy works and I no longer take allergy medicine, but it’s hard to quantify the ROI.

Nice work on the healthy reset as well. Reducing routine seems to slow down time and in this case, may extend yours!
