for the sauce: oiled and charred 2 red bell peppers, 1 jalapeno, and 2 garlic cloves. peeled, cored, seeded. and threw all that into a food processor with 1tsp cumin, 1tsp coriander, 1tbsp oil, salt, and pepper.
for the fish: brushed with a bit of oil and lemon juice, sprinkled cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. grilled for ~6 minutes on the george foreman.
