Over the past couple months, I’ve felt older than ever… which I guess makes sense, because I am.
But I am not enjoying it.

@benagarr Injuries are not healing, my skin is revolting, my cardio health is fucked, my brain is foggy, and I’m noticing that I’m generally worse at most things that I was once good at. No fun.
