I slept 7.12 hours, checked in to 3 places, took 5 photos, wrote 5 microblogs, walked 2.19 miles, and weighed 182.5 pounds. I was in Clive, Des Moines, Ankeny, and West des Moines, Iowa.

I really need to quit the news again.
