I slept 8.9 hours, took 1 photo, wrote 4 microblogs, walked 2.77 miles, and weighed 182.9 pounds. I was in Ankeny, Iowa.

This upcoming holiday weekend will be the 1st weekend in 11 weeks that I haven't been out of town or hosted guests. Pretty stoked on that!
