I slept 6 hours, checked in to 5 places, took 4 photos, wrote 5 microblogs, walked 5.75 miles, and weighed 175.2 pounds. I was in Urbandale, Ankeny, and Des Moines, Iowa.

Fell asleep

Woke up after sleeping 6 hours

I know the sound of my mail man's exhaust...
