I checked in to 1 place, took 15 photos, wrote 3 microblogs, and walked 3.48 miles. I was in El Gigante, Rivas, Nicaragua.

Mahi Mahi filet with quequisque scales. Avacado emulsion, baby corns, rolled pepper slices, and that caviar looking stuff is somehow black olives.

Just had one of the most insane dinners ever. The chef at this resort is a genius.
