Mahi Mahi filet with quequisque scales. Avacado emulsion, baby corns, rolled pepper slices, and that caviar looking stuff is somehow black olives.
Ice cream wrapped in dark chocolate with some lava chocolate poured over top.
Just had one of the most insane dinners ever. The chef at this resort is a genius.
